Shipping policy

All orders are processed as soon as possible, we will try to process orders within 72hrs but this may be longer due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. high volumes of orders).

We currently ship from the United States or China, However, shipping is free (please look under product description for more accurate shipping times),

Sizing & Packaging

The Size Guide (1-12) is calculated based on the closest length within two millimeters to that size. For example Size 6 is 145mm but our Size 6 is 143mm. In addition, we use multiple suppliers so your Packaging way be labelled as S,M, L. This has no impact on the size you have ordered and just shows that we have used multiple suppliers (with different sizes of S, M, L).
